[Beta] Email Engagement Trigger ("Email Opened")
Overview
A new email-based action, ״Email Opened״, is now available in Beta.
This action is triggered when a member opens a specific email for the first time, allowing you to clearly identify first‑time engagement with an email message. Subsequent opens of the same email do not retrigger the action.
Where it Applies
Hub user action logs – “Email Opened” appears in the member profile.

[Beta] SMS Engagement Tracking
Overview
Member-level tracking is now available in Beta for shortened links in SMS messages.
When link tracking is enabled, clicks on shortened URLs in SMS are now logged as User Actions tied to the specific member and SMS send event. This links click activity to user profiles, turning raw data into actionable engagement insights.
What’s included
Tracking for shortened SMS links.
Tracking rule runs once per member and is disabled by default.
New rule trigger: “Opened a link within an SMS”.
New filter condition: “Opened a link within an SMS”.
Optional filtering by SMS campaign source.
Only tracked, shortened links generate events.

Overview
The Agent POS interface has been refreshed to improve visibility and efficiency during checkout which speeds up loyalty interactions and improves the checkout experience.

Overview
The Agent interface now supports Polish, providing a fully localized experience for Polish-speaking staff and customers.

Como One – E-Service Logo
Overview
The Como One app now displays the E-Service logo when the Poland bundle plan is selected in the Hub, to ensure consistent branding and clearer identification across Como One touchpoints for E-service merchants.
Unblock Users by Owner-Level Users
Overview
Hub Owner-level users can now view and manage blocked business users directly in the Hub, to allow businesses to manage user access independently within the Hub.
What’s included
Visibility of blocked Hub users (business users only).
Ability to unblock users.
Applies only to Hub users (not club members).
Not available to Como or GPN users.
Deleted users are not displayed.
Users move from Blocked → Pending → Active when unblocked.
Access path: Hub → Profile Menu → User Access Management.

Disable reCAPTCHA Toggle
Overview
A new configuration option allows businesses to disable reCAPTCHA in the Customer Portal.
This provides flexibility in balancing security and login experience.
What’s included
When toggle is off (default) - reCAPTCHA is enabled.
When toggle is on - reCAPTCHA is disabled.
Country Code Selector in the Gift Landing Page & Sign-In
Overview
The phone number field now follows the showCountryCode configuration setting to ensure consistent behavior based on system configuration.
What’s included
Country selector displayed when showCountryCode: true.
Simple phone field displayed when false or not set.
