Add Generic Wallets to Import Members
What’s New:
We’ve added the ability to import Generic Wallets and their balance details when importing new members. A new import template allows you to upload a CSV file with wallet balances, and the system will automatically update or reduce the member’s wallet during the import process.
This works with the same validation and logic used for importing points and credit, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Why it Matters:
This feature streamlines bulk imports, saving time and reducing errors by automatically assigning wallet balances to new members. It helps organizations onboard large groups of members quickly and accurately, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring wallet balances are correctly updated from the start.
New Hub Permission Rule: “Campaign Center + Filter Members”
We’ve introduced a new permission rule that allows users to filter members and take actions directly within the Campaign Center. This update gives teams more focused access, enabling them to manage campaigns and member targeting efficiently without needing full dashboard permissions.
Bug Fix: Members with too many assets not loading
A bug has been fixed where the member details page would fail to load if a member had too many assets. Now this fix ensures that the member details page loads without issues, by automatically hiding irrelevant assets (expired or redeemed).
Promo Code Bug Fixes
Bug Fixed - Duplicate Fixed Promo Codes: We’ve now added validation so duplicate fixed promo codes can no longer be created. This fix eliminates the risk of confusion or errors caused by duplicate promo codes, ensuring that each promo code is unique and can be properly tracked and redeemed.
Bug Fixed - Import Promo Code Search:
A bug has been fixed that previously prevented imported promo codes from being searchable in the system. Imported promo codes can now be searched and retrieved like any other code within the system.
Bug Fixed - Added Details on Imported Promo Codes:
A bug has been fixed in the promo code table where the code count in the "Codes" column was not displaying correctly for imported promo codes. With this fix, the correct number of promo codes will now appear. For promo codes that are still in the process of importing, the table will display "Pending" instead of showing a count of 0. See blue outlines in the screenshot below for examples.

Multi-channel Communication
Smart SMS Reply - Limited release to USA and Canada only
With the latest iOS 26 update, Apple introduced stricter filtering for unknown senders. Messages from businesses or numbers not saved in a user’s contacts are now moved to a separate “Unknown Senders” inbox, often without a notification — reducing message visibility and engagement.
To overcome this, we’ve launched the Smart SMS Reply feature. It allows customers to reply directly to business messages, turning one-way notifications into two-way conversations. Once a customer responds, future messages from that business are recognized as coming from a known sender and will appear in the main inbox, ensuring better visibility and stronger engagement.

MMS fallback, revert to SMS
The Fallback MMS feature ensures reliable message delivery across all user devices and carriers. When a merchant creates an MMS campaign, they will have the option to add a fallback SMS message. If the MMS cannot be delivered due to device limitations or carrier restrictions, the system will automatically send the fallback SMS instead.
From the merchant’s perspective, this ensures that every customer receives the intended communication, regardless of MMS support. From the platform’s perspective, it avoids unnecessary billing by charging only for the fallback SMS when sent.
- Allow merchants to configure a fallback SMS alongside any MMS.
- Automatically detect when MMS delivery is not possible.
- Send fallback SMS in such cases.
- Billing reflects only the message type delivered (SMS if fallback is sent).
Added new Fonts to Email Editor
Merchants now have more options to match their brand identity in email and customer communications. This enhancement to the email editor provides greater flexibility and control over how messages appear. Merchants are able to deliver polished, unified, and on-brand communications, strengthening recognition and trust with their customers.
What’s New:
- Expanded font library with additional built-in options from services like Google Fonts and FontLibrary.org.
- No manual setup required, these additional fonts are readily available.
Why it Matters:
These enhancements help merchants maintain brand consistency, improve the professionalism of communications, and provide greater design flexibility.
