Customer-Facing Tools
[Beta] Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google/Apple/Facebook
Overview
New and existing members are now able to sign in and register seamlessly via third-party social providers, including Google, Apple, and Facebook, on both the Customer Portal and the Como mobile app.
Login and register with Google, Facebook and Apple CE-3586 — Members can now sign in or join with their Google, Facebook or Apple account alongside email, SMS and WhatsApp. Merchants choose which providers appear from the Hub registration form. Google and Facebook open the provider's own sign-in page and return to the portal; Apple uses the native Apple ID sheet. Returning members are recognised by their linked social account and go straight in; new members confirm a phone number by OTP and land on a registration form pre-filled with the name and email from the provider. Where a social email already belongs to a different phone number, the existing merge flow handles it — and if merge is off, the member gets a clear message instead of an error.
What's New
Multi-Provider Support: Enables Google, Facebook, and Apple sign-in across web and mobile app interfaces.
One-Tap Login: Returning members bypass phone verification and forms entirely to land on the homepage.
Intelligent Account Matching: Auto-fills member profiles, auto-links matching credentials, and respects merchant "Merge Duplicates" settings.
Social Login & Registration: Enable Google, Apple, or Facebook authentication for new account creation and existing member sign-in.
Auto-Filled Member Profile: Upon third-party authorization (and user consent), first name, last name, and birthday details are automatically populated directly into the registration form.
Google Prerequisite Enforcement: Hides the SSO UI across web and mobile if Google is not enabled in the Hub, avoiding unresolvable identity collisions from missing email addresses.
How to Configure
Go to Hub > Business Profile > Registration > Advanced Settings > Member Identity & Validation.
Verify OTP & Social Login is selected.
-
Select the provider you would like to enable, single or multiple selection is available.
Order of selection would effect the actual order of appearance (up to bottom) on the customer-facing tool, Customer Portal or Mobile App (e.g: Facebook --> Google --> Apple = Facebook - top, Google - center, Apple - bottom).
Musts for Enablement
Google must be checked, otherwise the feature won't work
Phone Number must be selected as a validated identifier (unchecking Phone Number automatically switches to Custom Login and disables Social Login).
Mobile App Deployment: App must be resubmitted to the latest version, members must also update to the latest app version (update to September 8th, 2026).
Merchants must opt into the V2 Registration Form in the Hub.
Merchants who are not using 'phone number' as an authentication could not use this feature.
For new members, if Name, Family Name and Birthday exist in the 3rd party authentication (usually Google) and the field is shown in the registration form - these details will be automatically shared and filled in the form (only if the user has consented to share these details through the 3rd party).
Members can manually view their social provider access status and unlink if they choose to.

- Total Members as a KPI: Total Members has moved from a header line into the KPI row alongside Buying Members, New Members and Visit Frequency.
- Rebuilt Sales by Location: Locations are now ranked in a larger, scrollable chart with the current and previous period displayed side by side, plus separate controls for the metric and the grouping.
