Now users can understand campaign configurations faster using the new AI Campaign Summary. AI analyzes campaign setup, rewards, communications, audience rules, and validity settings to generate a clear summary of how a campaign works.
This is enabled automatically for all businesses in the following regions: UK, USA, Australia
For users in these regions, the Campaign Center will now show ‘AI Summary’ as a column on the applicable activities (not supported on deals, promo codes or punch cards currently).

- Users can provide feedback directly within the summary experience if the generated content is inaccurate or unsatisfactory.
- Regenerate Summaries (light blue outline)
- If a generated summary is unclear or doesn't accurately reflect the campaign configuration, users can regenerate it to receive an alternative version.
- Case-Level Drilldowns (green outline)
- For activities with multiple cases, users can view a summary of the overall activity or drill down into individual cases for more detailed insights.
- One-Click Copy (dark blue outlines)
- Both the short and detailed summaries can be copied directly from the summary window for easy sharing and documentation.
