Multilingual AI Reasoning for Member Filters - Now GA!
Overview
The AI Filter Members feature ("AI Free Text") now dynamically generates match reasoning explanations in the same language as the merchant's query, regardless of the Hub's configured display language.
What’s New
Language-Matched Explanations: The AI reasoning automatically responds in the prompt's language (e.g., Ukrainian, French, or Spanish), even if the Hub UI is set to English or another locale.
Expanded Dynamic Support: Broadens AI interaction capability across all user-entered languages without requiring the language to be registered as a default Hub UI display locale.
Location ID Condition for "Joins the Program" Trigger
Businesses can now select Location ID as a condition for the "Joins the Program" campaign trigger in HUB. This enables multi-location businesses to build store-specific onboarding journeys and deliver localized welcome benefits based on where a member registers.
Supported Channels: This condition is available for POS / Auto Registration and Quick Registration, as both methods automatically capture and pass the location metadata at registration.

Member Contact Details in Find Member Search Results
Hub users can now easily distinguish between members with identical names in Find Member search results without having to open individual profiles.
Member search cards now display the member's email directly under their name, or phone number if no email is on file.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue on the Filter Members screen where franchisee users restricted to specific locations could clear default location tags and access members from unauthorized locations.
Emails sent via rules with the "send as operational" setting failed for certain suppressed recipients. The system now consistently flags all operational rule emails as transactional to bypass suppression lists.

Druid Integration: Points & Purchase Event Endpoint Separation
Updated the Druid partner integration to process points-earned transactions through a dedicated points endpoint instead of bundling them as synthetic $0 purchase events, ensuring accurate real-time event classification and properly reloaded historical purchase and points data.
Bug Fixes
Phone numbers registered with a leading zero did not display the zero in the Customer Portal Update Profile form when country code prefixes were disabled.
(International dial formats, with country codes enabled, continue to trim leading zeros as intended)Entering decimal values in the Spin the Wheel win rate triggered a generic "Failed to get data" error; the field now displays an immediate inline validation error before saving.

[Beta] Native Hub Dashboards Redesign
Overview
As part of the ongoing dashboard revamp, 10 additional Looker-backed dashboards have been migrated to native Hub implementations. This release delivers faster load times, cleaner layouts, intuitive panel controls, and a unified export experience.
Note: During the beta transition period, the renewed dashboards will be accessible via the "New Dashboards" button, while the legacy Looker views remain available through the existing "All Dashboards" menu item.
What’s New
-
Native Hub Architecture: Replaced legacy embedded Looker iframes with native UI components across 10 (out of 15) core reporting dashboards:
Sales - Items Insights Reports, Locations, Trends, and First Purchase.
Campaigns - Activities.
Benefits - Assets, Points and Credit, and Top Benefits Types.
Membership - Members KPIs and Segments.
-
Layout & Visual Optimizations:
Trends: Merged multiple standalone charts into a unified Sales Trends panel featuring dynamic granularity toggles (Monthly, Weekly, Daily) and time period sliders.
First Purchase: Consolidated line charts into 2 YoY combo charts (bars + change % line) and added color-coded location performance tables.
Assets: Grouped redemptions and actions into a dedicated panel to visually align filter scope, and updated Actions Over Time to a monthly grouped bar chart.
-
Streamlined Header & Export Controls:
Cleaned up dashboard headers across all migrated views by removing legacy elements (timestamp labels, Reload buttons, and Hide/Show Filters toggles).
Replaced the 3-dot action dropdown with a prominent, single Export button.
Standardized the Export modal for CSV and PDF formats (PDF automatically fits to page with fully expanded tables, and CSV outputs reflect current filter states).
How to Configure
Access to the new dashboard view requires enabling the Dashboards V2 feature flag on the Features and Add-ons page.
Data Explorer - SMS Unsubscribe Campaign Attribution
Overview
Introduced rules-based campaign attribution for SMS/MMS unsubscribes and unique-member opt-out metrics in Data Explorer, enabling merchants to analyze campaign-level opt-out behavior and refine messaging strategies.
What’s New
Inferred Campaign Attribution: Links unsubscribes to the most recent eligible marketing message sent before the opt-out, marking unmatched records as Unattributed.
Smart Exclusion Rules: Excludes operational, transactional, consent-request, test, failed, and post-unsubscribe messages from attribution.

Unique-Member Metrics & Reporting: Exposes new Data Explorer metrics and filterable fields, such as unique unsubscribed members, campaign/run IDs, send timestamps, and elapsed time to opt-out, supporting both event-level and member-level analysis.
Data Warehouse PII Anonymization (Member Deletion & Update Actions)
Overview
Introduced automated Data Warehouse (DWH) anonymization logic to process member deletion triggers and handle PII fields within member activity logs. The pipeline enforces privacy compliance by stripping personal identification across DWH data sets within 30 calendar days of a member deletion request.
What’s New
Automated Member Deletion Anonymization: Upon receiving a member deletion trigger, all direct PII fields (Name, Phone, Email, GovID, Date of Birth, Address, and License Plate) are scrubbed and replaced with
"__DELETED__"placeholders across historical data sets (e.g.,data_store_history).UpdateMembershipLog Sanitization: Enforced structured PII removal acrossUpdateMembershipuser action logs in BigQuery. Direct PII values (names, addresses, phone numbers, email, birthdays, anniversaries, and gender) are nulled or removed rather than hashed.Event Context Preservation: Preserves non-sensitive audit history, retaining the fact that an update event occurred, its timestamp, location context, and updated field types, without storing the underlying sensitive old or new values.

Campaign & Platform Context: Each reported metric includes the specific campaign ID, notification ID, and OS context (Android or iOS) for direct attribution to the originating campaign.
Bug Fixes
