Add the details of each of your locations, including phone number, address, and description. Locations in the Locations List can also be presented according to type (Ordering or Regular). When a location is tapped in the list, a Location Screen opens with its details.

To add locations
- From the Business Profile tab, click Locations.
- Click +Locations.
- Enter your location details for the following fields:
Field
Description
Location Name
Enter the name of the location. For example: Columbus St. or Springs Mall. Try to keep it as short as possible.
Description
Enter location details to display in the Location Screen in the app. For example, add opening hours and the location's special features.
Notes
Add extra details about this specific location. For example: "Men's, Women's & Children's Clothes" or "Happy hour every day 17:00-22:00!". These notes also appear in the Location List preview.
Phone Number
Enter the location's phone number. Members can call this number directly from the Location List in the app.
Address
Enter the address as you want it to appear in the app.
Note: If the right address isn't auto-completed after you type a few letters, keep typing. If you entered the full address and the right address didn't appear in the list, try entering the address differently. For example: "132 Broadway St.", "132 Broadway Blvd.", or "132 Broadway Street".Location ID (sent by POS)
Add the same location ID as the one sent by the POS with transaction details. This can be used to restrict data access of specific Como Hub users to only specific locations (ask a Como success manager about setting up special permissions for specific users).
Location type
Choose the location type, if it's an ordering, regular or both.
Show in App/ Portal
Show items in the app/ portal. Don't show items to add them for later use, or remove them from the app without deleting them completely.
Add Tags
Members can filter locations in the list according to these tags or you can display only certain locations in other places in the app. For more on filter tags, click here.
- Click Save.
Bulk Upload:
You can easily add locations to the hub by using a bulk upload - you can download a file template from the hub at your convenience.
- Click +Bulk upload
- Click Download sample template
- Fill the CSV file with the parameters for each location.

Choose location status Active/ Test / Freeze / Inactive Note: When uploading, if the status is set to active, charges will start for that location. |

4. Privew locations and click Upload.
