Customize your loyalty club's registration form through the Business Profile tab by adding and configuring fields like official ID, email, gender, terms of use, custom text, and more. Add descriptions, set mandatory fields, enable SMS verification, and restrict updates after registration. Use drop-down lists for selectable options and preview changes before saving.
Implement a country code selector by configuring it in the customer portal and updating the registration form. For unified login, adjust settings in Hub 1 and Hub 2 to ensure seamless phone number or email login functionality.

2. How to Add a Country Code Selector
Phone number country codes are completely decoupled from portal language settings, allowing merchants to scale their international presence without forcing portal localization changes.
2.1 Configure Customer Portal Settings
Under Customer Portal > General Settings, configuration is split into two independent cards:
Languages & Display: Manages interface localization, unit of measure (Kilometers/Miles), currency symbol location (Before/After), tag-based portal language selector, and Default Language.
-
Supported Countries Code: Dedicated strictly to allowed dial codes.
Select allowed prefixes using a searchable checkbox selection that collapses into removable country tags (with flags and dial codes).
Set a Default Country Code fallback field.
Selecting All Countries unlocks an unrestricted international smart-phone input module.
2.2 Enable in Registration Form
Go to Business Profile > Registration.
Expand the Phone Number field settings.
Check the Show country code checkbox.
Click Save.
Note: Saving changes in the Phone Number section automatically applies configuration rules across the login portal and registration forms instantly, removing the requirement to perform a second save step on the Hub Registration form page.
2.3 Country Code Selector Login & Unified Login
After completing the country code configurations:
Go to Hub 1 > Branding (New) > Design (New).
Set Login Screen - Allow Login With Phone Number Or Email to OFF.
Save and publish the app.
The login mechanism logic and validation rules are retrieved directly from the Registration Form under Business Profile in Hub 2.
3. Unified Mobile Country Code Selector & Front-End Behavior
The Customer Portal and Mobile app login/registration fields automatically change layout rules depending on selection volume:
1 Country Configured: Displays a fixed, static flag and prefix wrapper with no front-end country picker.
2+ Countries Configured: Enables an end-user dropdown menu sorted by the administrative Default Country Code preference.
All Countries Configured: Unlocks an unrestricted international smart-phone input module with full country search capabilities.
Consistent Registration Experience: Establishes complete visual and functional consistency across mobile platforms and the Customer Portal.
Multi-Country Support & Backward Compatibility: Ensures seamless login and registration flows for multi-country merchants without breaking legacy mobile configurations.
4. Advanced Settings
Configure overall member identity, registration rules, and login authentication options under Business Profile > Registration > Advanced Settings.
4.1 Member Identity & Validation
OTP & Social Login: Enables verification via one-time passcodes and allows members to register and log in using connected third-party social providers (Google, Apple, Facebook).
Custom Login: Verifies members using two unique custom fields. Disables OTP and social sign-in options.
Primary Login Channel: Selects the primary channel used for authentication (WhatsApp, SMS, or Email). Secondary alternatives appear alongside the main channel.
Social Login & Registration: Checkboxes to activate third-party provider options (Google, Apple, Facebook).
4.2 Registration Rules
Merge Duplicates: Consolidates loyalty profiles when a member registers using an existing phone number or email address. You can customize the header text (e.g., Matching Identifier Found), body message, and note displayed during duplicate detection.
Card Activation: Allows members to link physical loyalty cards to their account via a unique identification field (e.g., GovID).
