Today's Stats
Check in to monitor performance in real time. View today's sales, visits, and new members, as well as the current number of registered members. These metrics update hourly to give you near real-time visibility into daily operations.
Time Periods
Select your desired analysis timeframe using the updated top-left dropdown menu. Only completed days are included in calculations.
- Last 1 day: View performance for the previous completed day.
- Last 7 days: View performance across the last 7 completed days.
- Last 14 days: View performance across the last 2 weeks.
- Last 28 days: View performance across the last 28 completed days.
- Last 100 days: View performance across the last 100 completed days.
- Year to date: View performance for the current calendar year up to yesterday.
The comparative period automatically adjusts based on your selection to show percentage growth or decline against the preceding timeframe of equal length.
Key Metrics and Performance Indicators
The top section displays primary performance indicators and how they compare to the prior period.
Member Indicators
- Total Members: Total number of registered members currently in your program.
- Buying Members: Unique members who made a purchase during the selected timeframe.
- New Members: Members who joined the program during the selected timeframe.
- Visit Frequency: Average number of purchases per active member (calculated as Total Visits divided by Total Active Members).
Financial Indicators with Default Breakdowns
Member versus non-member totals are displayed directly inside each card without needing to expand a panel:
- Sales: Total revenue from purchases. Displays total revenue alongside dedicated breakdown sub-cards for Members and Non-Members, complete with percentage changes versus the previous period.
- Visits: Total number of transactions. Displays overall visits alongside explicit Member and Non-Member transaction counts.
- Avg. Spend per Visit: Average order value (calculated as Total Sales divided by Total Visits). Displays the overall average alongside comparative averages for Members and Non-Members.
Sales by Location and Item
The updated breakdown module allows you to evaluate store and product performance with dual controls and visual side-by-side bar comparisons:
Metric Options (First Dropdown)
Select the underlying metric you wish to evaluate across your locations or items:
- Sales: Total revenue generated.
- Visits: Total transaction volume.
- Members: Number of unique active program members.
- Avg. Spend per Visit: Average order spend.
Grouping Options (Second Dropdown)
Select how you want to aggregate and visualize the data:
- By Location: Ranks performance across store locations.
- By Item: Ranks performance across specific products or menu items.
Module Features
- Side-by-Side Comparison: Displays dark blue bars for the current period alongside light blue bars for the previous period for direct visual comparison.
- Scrollable Ranking List: Performance is ranked clearly, allowing you to scroll vertically through larger store networks or product catalogs within the card view.
Monthly Trends
Zoom out to view long-term patterns and seasonal trends across your business. The updated chart format provides a clean rolling timeline with a versatile metric selector in the top-right corner:
- Sales: Revenue generated per month over time.
- Visits: Monthly volume of customer transactions.
- Avg. Spend per Visit: Trajectory of average order value month over month.
- Members: Total member population growth over the rolling period.
- New Members: Monthly volume of newly acquired program members.
Business Insights
Located at the top right of the dashboard, the Business Insights button provides access to automated recommendations tailored to your business goals:
- Uncover top-performing promotional benefits to guide future campaign strategies.
- Identify peak traffic days and slower periods to optimize staffing and targeted promotions.
- Evaluate app engagement and loyalty program sign-up trends to drive higher customer retention.
