Deep Link is a smart URL that allows you to send existing and potential users to the app home screen or to a specific web view. You can send the link through an SMS, Push, or publish on your social media. For collaborations with different businesses (3rd party) it allows you to open your app within another app. For members without the app installed in the device, it will take them to the Google or Apple store.

Take your customer portal URL (e.g. https://businessname.comosense.net) and copy the domain name only (e.g. domain.com).

Paste it in Hub1 > Submission > App Deep Link Domain (Domain name only – e.g., domain.com).

Create a new version of the app by resubmitting it (reach out to the Submission Team or Support if needed).

After testing, submit the app to the stores.
Notes:
- If the app is already installed on the device, tapping the link will open the app directly.
- If the app is not installed, the link will open a fallback website (customer portal link) instead (rather than redirecting to the App Store or Google Play).

Step 1: Setup a web view in the hub
Setup a web view and add a custom query parameter called "openWebViewName" and the value can be anything ('Survey' / 'Ordering' / 'Spin the Wheel').
Step 2:Use the customer portal link with the query parameter
Example: https://businessname.comosense.net/webview?name=ordering
NOTE: When the user will click on the deep link - it will redirect him to the app and then will open the web view you defined.
