Create punch cards which provide members with a free item or discount when they buy a certain number of items.

You have 2 options for sending the punch card

1. Send the first punch card when a member buys the first punch item.

NOTE: If the member already has an active punch card he won't receive another one. The member should have only one active punch card at a given time. 

2. Send a punch card using a rule or one-time activity. The member will not receive an additional punch card when they buy the punch item.

You have 2 options for renewing the punch card

Renew the punch card automatically when a member:

1. Reaches the last punch on the card.

2. Redeems the punch card. If a member redeems the punch card and buys a punch item within the same purchase they will receive a new punch card with the corresponding punches.

- Send punch card when members join the club, so that members can be able to see what kind of loyalty benefit the business offers.

- Send a new card only after redemption. A member who buys the punch item without redeeming the full punch card will not get a new punch.

- Send the first Punch Card when a member buys a kids' meal so that the punch card is sent only to relevant members. 

- Send a new card only after the existing punch card is redeemed. A member who buys the punch item without redeeming the full punch card will not get a new punch.

💡3. A Seasonal Punch Card, expiration is within a month: Buy 5 summer drinks, Get the 6th drink for free

- Send the punch card by one-time activity to members in order to trigger the campaign. 

- Don't renew the punch card.

1. Create a one-time activity for sending the punch card.

2. Define an expiration date for the punch card.

3. Punch card configuration: 

💡 4. Punch Card with a time limit per member, Buy 8 loaves of bread, Get the 9th loaf for free. Expires after 6 months from the receive date.

- Send the punch card when a member buys a loaf of bread, so that the punch card is sent to only relevant members and give the member the full 6 months to use the card.

- Renew the punch card after the last punch (even if the member didn't redeem the punch card), the new card will be effective for the same time period.
