Pricing
As an add-on feature, businesses will be charged for this service. The first 1000 emails per month are free, and the businesses are charged per additional email according to the territory pricing list.
Create Emails
Add and manage emails from the new Emails tab in your Campaign Center.
To create an email
- From the Emails tab, click + Email.
- Enter a name for the email. This name is internal and not displayed to the recipient.
- Add the from name (default is taken from Operation > Settings > External Services).
- Add an email subject, which can include emojis and dynamic text (like member name).
NOTE: Add dynamic text by clicking @ and selecting from the following list that appears: first name, last name, anniversary, birthday, email, favorite location, home location, points, credit, custom text field, expiration, location ID, and purchase total spend. - Add content to your email using the new drag-and-drop design—including images, texts, buttons, social, and dividers. It can be fully customized to your needs: colors, fonts, sizes, rows (to create cool layouts), and more. Learn More
- Click Preview to view a preview of your email, and then click Save.
Customize Emails
There are infinite options of email designs you can easily create. Here’s an overview of the basics.
From Content, drag and drop content blocks and then click the content block to customize it. You can also click on it to view options to delete, duplicate or move it.
From Rows, you can create cool layouts. Drag and drop a row layout and then add content to it.
From Settings, control general settings like the width of the content area and background color.
Send Emails
Emails created using the new editor can only be sent from the Campaign Center, such as using a rule or one-time activity. However, you can still send emails created from the Content tab from anywhere (Campaign Center, Filter Member, etc.).
View Details & Analysis
View details and analysis for the emails you create and send, such as when it was sent and to how many members.
Upon clicking a row in the analysis, the following measures are presented:
- Open: counts each time it was opened, even if the same member opened it more than once
- Click: counts each time it was clicked, even if the same member clicked it more than once
- Rejected by email provider (doesn’t include bounces)
- Open rate: [unique opens/# delivered] x 100
- Click rate: [unique clicks/# delivered] x 100
- Delivery rate: [# delivered/# sent] x 100
*Unique means that if the same member does it twice, it only counts it once.
Track Emails
You can track the emails you send and view analytics in various ways:

Note: You can disable email tracking by setting the toggle in the email settings.
Search Filters
From Filter Members, search for members who were sent emails according to the template, source (Hub or automation), date range, and email activity. The email activity includes the logs explained above, except that a “bounce” is reported separately (ex: wrong email address).
Marketing Emails
All emails sent from the Campaign Center are treated as marketing emails so that all the legally required content will automatically be inserted.
This content includes:
- Option to unsubscribe from marketing emails (via link or email)
- Text indicating that the email is an advertisement
- Email footer with the business name, email, phone number, and address (taken from settings)
NOTE: The legally required text in the email (including translation) is determined by territory. They can be customized upon request.
Operations Emails
You can override the default emails sent upon joining or logging in and create your custom-designed emails.
- 2FA Email Template: Users will be provided with a shortcode to incorporate into the email for two-factor authentication. Simply configure {{code}} within the email body.
- Consent Email Template: New club members will receive a designed Terms & Conditions template. Simply configure the following parameters: {{subject}} in the subject line and {{{message}}} in the email body.
NOTE:
- Only one email/2FA can have consent email enabled.
- You can easily deactivate the new template, and the default email will automatically activate instead.
- If the merchant wants to add an unsubscribe component to the operational email, they will include an HTML component in the body of the email and should use the following format:

Email Settings
All email settings have defaults so they don’t need to be configured to use this feature. However, you have the option to change the defaults from Operation > Settings > External Services.
