This article explains how to delete existing members using a one-time action in the Hub.
Before You Begin
To perform a one-time member deletion, the Hub user must have one of the following permission sets:
- Hub Super User + Looker + Sensitive Legal Actions
- Hub Super User + Sensitive Legal Actions
- Hub Super User Without Export + Sensitive Legal Actions
In addition, the Sensitive Legal Actions feature must be enabled in the business settings under:
Business Profile > Features & Add-Ons

🚨Important Note🚨
Deleting members is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Please review the selected members carefully before proceeding.
Step 1: Create a One-Time Action
Go to Campaign Center and create a new One-Time Action.
Select Start From Scratch.
Step 2: Select the Members to Delete
Click Select Members.
Choose Specific Membership Keys.
Then click Filter Now to define the member population you want to delete.
Step 3: Choose the Delete Action
Select the action Delete Members.
Before finalizing, make sure the selected member list is correct.
Once completed, the deletion will be permanent and cannot be reversed.
