What is it?
You can now send promo codes directly to members (or newsletter subscribers) as part of a One-Time Campaign in the Hub.
There are two types of codes you can use:
Personalized promo codes - a unique code per member, from a generated or imported list.
Fixed promo codes - one code shared with all recipients (e.g., BLACKFRIDAY30).
This makes campaigns more dynamic, easy to personalize, and quicker to set up.

Why does it matter?
Until now, promo codes had to be shared manually. Now you can:
Automate the process and save time.
Decide whether to send via SMS or Email.
Ensure each code is unique, secure, and used only once.
Great for seasonal promotions, personal offers, or driving quick engagement.

How to set it up
In the Hub, go to Campaign Center.
Create a One-Time Action or Rule and choose Send Promo Code.
From the dropdown, select the promo code benefit you’ve already set up in the Promo Codes screen.
Choose the delivery channel: SMS or Email.
  5. Add the mention (Members: Send Promo Code) to make sure each recipient gets their unique code.

You can now configure the feature directly and create an email template using the new Mention functionality. This allows for faster setup and streamlined communication without needing additional steps.

Promo Code Activity Status - "Sent"
The following is an enhanced capability that logs promo code activity directly in the member’s profile. From now on, every time a promo code is sent, the action will automatically appear in the member’s action log, giving you clear visibility into promo code usage.

Important notes
Promo codes are sent once only. If used, they can’t be reused.
The system validates availability before sending - only unused codes will go out.
If codes run out, the campaign won’t be sent to those recipients.
Mentions make sure each code is tied to the right member.

FAQs
What happens if no promo codes are available?
The action won’t run and no message will be sent. If you don’t have enough codes, some members will get the campaign while others won’t.
ÂÂ Can the same member receive more than one code?
Yes. If you set up multiple campaigns (or rules), the same member may receive different codes.
ÂÂ What happens if a code is sent but not redeemed?
The code stays valid until its expiration date (if defined) or until it’s redeemed.
