Login/Registration
Logging in or registering for the loyalty program can be done in two ways: by clicking the 'Start here' button in the footer or by navigating to the login button in the side menu, you also can access it by clicking the logo in the top left corner.
Selecting one of the options will redirect you to the login/register screen, where you can log in using your phone number or email by clicking on the envelope icon.
Note: Log-in options depend on configuration, reach out to your CSM for additional seating.
After clicking on 'Sign In,' a two-factor authentication (2FA) code will be sent to you via SMS or email.
If you are not a member yet, inserting one of the desired keys will redirect you to the business's registration form.
Navigation bar
In the navigation bar, you can access information and perform quick actions. Here, you can view your wallet balance (points, credit, or both), change the language, and perform identification with a barcode or QR code. Additionally, you can navigate to the profile or rewards screen.
Note: identification via barcode/QR code is supported by various POS systems; please check with the business for compatibility.
Side Menu
The side menu option provides users with various navigation choices on the Customer Portal, allowing them to view their accounts.
Note: Side menu options depend on configuration and based on your loyalty scheme, reach out to your CSM for additional seating.
Activity
In the 'Activity' section, you can review all your purchases and wallet history accumulated during your time as a member.
Rewards
In the rewards screen, you will find your wallet balance (points, credit, or both) and available or previously accessible rewards (gifts, punch cards). Additionally, you can view active, future, and redeemed or expired gifts according to your preference by clicking 'All Rewards' in the top-right corner of the page.
When the business uses a redeem code for gifts, you need to click on 'View More' >> 'Redeem.' This will allow you to access your redemption code or QR code for redeeming the gift
Locations
You can view the geographic location of the business.
Friend Referral
You can invite friends to join the loyalty program and gain rewards. Invitations can be sent in a few ways: sharing via SMS/emails, copying a link, or simply referring them with your code.
Point Shop
Enables you to purchase gifts that businesses offer as part of their loyalty plan.
Subscription
You can purchase a subscription plan offered by the business.

User Profile
This screen allows you to update your details, generate an ID code, provide feedback, and access data and legal options.
