From your Campaign Center, you can now schedule activities to run automatically on a recurring basis, instead of creating and launching the same activity repeatedly. For example, send a weekly bonus points push to VIP members every Friday, or grant a monthly reward to active members on the first of each month. Recurrent scheduling saves time, reduces manual errors, and keeps your campaigns running consistently.

Create a Recurrent Activity
- From your Campaign Center, click +Activity and then Recurrent.
- Select a template from the template library, or select Start from scratch.
- Enter a name for your activity and add a description.
- Select which members to perform the action on by specifying criteria, then click Filter Now.
-
NOTE: For Recurrent activities, the filter is re-evaluated on every scheduled run, so the eligible member set reflects the latest data at the time of execution.
- In the Perform Actions section, click the Perform it field to open the scheduling options.
Choose a Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. (See Frequency Options below.)
Select Recurrent, then configure:- Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly (see Frequency Options below).
- Time of day: When the activity should run on each scheduled execution.
-
Date range: limit execution to a specific start and end date. Outside this range, the activity will not run, even if the recurrence pattern matches.
Once saved, the schedule appears as a summary on the activity (for example, "Every Monday at 5:00 PM").
- Set the time of day for the activity to run, then click Save.
- Select the action you'd like to perform, then click Activate on top when finished.
Recurrent Status
In the Campaign Center, Recurrent activities display in their own row with the Recurrent type pill. The columns shown are Type, Name, When (for example, "Every Tuesday at 6:00 PM"), Actions, and Status.
Edit or Stop a Recurrent Activity
- Edit: open the activity, change the frequency, date range, run time, or audience criteria, and save. Changes apply to upcoming executions only.
- Stop: deactivate the activity to stop further executions. Reactivate to resume on the same schedule.
-
Completed: end the date range, or deactivate the activity.
TIP: Hover over the Actions column to see a tooltip with the full recurring description, including cadence, date range, and the Next execution datetime. For example: Every Friday at 5:00 PM | From 04/28/2026 3:07 AM to 04/14/2027 4:59 PM. Next execution datetime: 05/01/2026 5:00 PM.
