We are thrilled to introduce the newly updated Customer Portal, designed to elevate your customers' experience and provide seamless interactions with your business. It provides customers with access to important information and resources, such as account information, their rewards, perks and gifts, order history, wallet pass, and more.
The Customer Portal offers a wide range of features and customization options to align with your brand identity and meet your specific requirements. Let's take a closer look at the different components and functionalities within the portal.
1. Splash Screen
When a customer arrives on the page, they will see this screen. The button on the screen is designed to direct users to the login screen. Once logged in, users will be automatically redirected to the rewards screen.
For an optimal display, we recommend using a photo with dimensions of 1920x1080 pixels. The text on the splash screen can be easily customized according to the specific requirements of your business by configuring the settings.
2. Login/Register Screen
This versatile component serves both login and registration purposes. If the user identifier, such as an email or phone number, is not recognized, the screen will automatically direct users to the registration process.
A two-step verification process will be initiated if the identifier is recognized (either via SMS or email - with accordance to user input). This additional layer of security ensures a seamless and secure login experience for your users.
To ensure optimal display, we suggest using an image with dimensions of 1200x1200 pixels. The title, denoted as "Hey You," can be easily modified to suit your preferences. Similarly, the sub-title and button text can be customized according to your needs.
3. Registration Screen
This is where the user can register themselves. Some of the configurable options in the Hub:
- Birthday Field: You have the flexibility to include an optional birthday field in the form. Users can enter their birthdate, providing you with valuable information on your customers for personalized experiences.
- SMS and Email Options: By default, your business can choose to enable or disable the options for SMS and email.
- Button Text: The text displayed on the button within the hub can be easily modified to align with your desired user experience. You have the freedom to choose text that best resonates with your audience or reflects the specific action associated with the button.
These configurable options in the hub provide you with the flexibility to tailor the login and registration process according to your preferences and requirements.
4. Rewards Screen
The rewards screen enables users to view all their available rewards and obtain a redeem code that can be utilized for both in-store and online ordering through the POS system.
Key Features:
- Filter Options: Users can conveniently filter the rewards list based on categories such as All, Active, or Expired rewards, ensuring easy navigation and organization.
- Redemption QR Code: The option to include or exclude a QR code for redemption is available, providing flexibility based on your business’s specific requirements or preferences.
- Punch Cards: The functionality to enable or disable punch cards is provided, giving you the ability to customize the rewards program according to your business needs and goals.
Using the rewards screen, users can explore and enjoy their rewards while seamlessly integrating with your POS/online ordering system.
5. Point Shop Screen
If your business has a defined Pointshop, users can browse and purchase items directly from the Pointshop tab. Once a user purchases an item, they can immediately redeem it within the Pointshop or from the rewards screen.
By integrating the point shop with the rewards screen, users can enjoy a convenient and rewarding experience all within a single platform.
6. Activity Screen
The activity screen provides a comprehensive view of all customer purchases. In addition to displaying purchase history, starting next quarter, it will also showcase points earned and rewards redeemed. This consolidated view allows customers to track their transactions, points accumulation, and rewards utilization conveniently.
7. Friend Referral Screen
The friend referral feature can be set up and customized within the campaign center.
Once a business establishes a friend referral program, they have the flexibility to modify all text elements to align with their specific referral program. Additionally, the icons used in the referral program can be easily replaced to match the branding and visual identity of the business. This allows your business to tailor the friend referral experience, making it unique and consistent with your brand image.
8. Subscriptions Screen
If enabled, users will have the option to purchase a monthly subscription. This subscription service provides additional benefits and features to enhance the user experience.

9. Location Screen
The locations feature retrieves all branches from the hub and displays them to the customer. Users will be prompted to allow access to their location, and the branches will be arranged based on proximity, showing the nearest locations first.
Upon selecting a specific location, users can view the following details:
- Opening hours of the business’s branch
- Short description
- Map display of the location
Mobile devices will have a navigation button for easy directions to the selected branch.
10. User Profile Screen
Within the user profile section, users have the ability to update their personal details, generate an identification code for use in the POS system, manage their consent to receive marketing emails, delete their data, access the privacy policy and terms & conditions, report any concerns regarding collected data, and provide feedback to the business.
The profile customization options allow your business to personalize your customers’ experience by changing the background, profile picture icon, and all other icons to align with your preferences.
11. Profile QR Code
The user QR identification feature enables quick and convenient identification through a QR code, enhancing user experience and efficiency. With these versatile customization options, businesses can tailor the customer portal to align with their brand identity and optimize the user experience.
12. Wallet Pass Screen
When enabled, the customer portal can incorporate a wallet pass feature. This feature allows users to add your customer user information, ID QR code, and membership code, and points to their phone's wallet pass. By seamlessly integrating with iOS and Android wallet apps, users can conveniently access their information and track their points directly from their mobile devices. 13. Custom Links
In addition to customizing links within the platform, this option provides the ability to set query parameters and pass relevant information such as common member ID, email, first name, last name, and more to referred links. This feature allows seamless integration with external systems, such as online ordering platforms, enabling auto-login and passing essential user details for a smoother user experience.
14. Additional Customization Options for Your Business Needs
The cross-site functionality of the customer portal offers extensive customization options to match the business brand. Colors throughout the customer portal can be adjusted, and a seamless dark/light mode is provided, accommodating different logo variations for each mode if desired. Businesses can set their default theme and customize the point's name.
The business wallet can be configured to use points, credit, or both. The favicon can be changed to reflect the business branding.
Button styles can be chosen as square, slightly rounded, or rounded, enhancing the visual appeal.
The unit of measure can be set to either kilometers or miles, catering to different geographical preferences.
The currency symbol can be positioned before or after the value, accommodating various currency formats. Businesses can define more than one language to cater to diverse user bases.
